Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The only negative would have been at check in. The person that checked us in did not give us nthe info we needed for all amenities and WiFi. He actually has us go to another desk at the end, and we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes for lady to wait on another couple. After about 20 minutes , I finally asked another person at a different desk why I was having to wait before going to room, and she said that I didn’t , I could just go on to room. I was already checked in. Come to find out, the waiting was for a sales pitch time share! Totally wasted time. After getting to room, I realized we got no info on the activities or WiFi, so I had to literally go back again.
